Defining a suitable metric for twitter users shall always be open to debate.
Analysing the top 25 accounts in detail, I’m fairly confident in the ability of Followerwonk and Klout. After testing my own accounts and analysing a large dataset belonging to non-affiliated accounts, it is noticeably simpler to inflate your score with Kred and Twitalyzer.
